Introduction: PATENTED FOAM CONTROLLING TECHNOLOGY for Fermentation Process in distillery.

PATENTED FOAM CONTROLLING TECHNOLOGY is mechanical way to control foam and it is NOT REPLACEMENT of existing antifoam Like turkey red oil(TRO) with another chemicals like Silicon antifoam agent or paste but it is elimination of usage of antifoam/TRO.

Reducing the capital investment and cost of production PATENTED FOAM CONTROLLING TECHNOLOGY is COST SAVING ASPECT. With ONE time investment huge amount of antifoam will be reduced which is direct benefit and it also give all indirect benefit for Natural fermentation.

 “A COST SAVING ASPECT”!

“SAVE PROCESS”! !“SAVE ENVIRONMENT”!!!

ADVANTAGES

  1. Improving Hygienic condition of fermentation due to which yield and spirit quality will improve.
  2. Improving the capacity and yield .
  3. It will NOT disturb fermentation process /affect the parameter of the fermentation
  4. It will reduce the cost of other chemicals which is used to reduce the contamination.
  5. More Environ friendly process.
  6. No special attention, manpower is required
